Today is the 9th of July, tomorrow I head home and Rocky's Ride will continue on it's way to Halifax. I have truly enjoyed my time with Lou, Pepe and Maureen and can't wait to share the incredible stories of those with Diabetes that I have had the chance to meet.
The paper comes out again on the 20th, I look forward to sharing all of the wonderful road stories with you all. Check out Rocky's Ride at www.rockysride.com you can get a good idea of the miles, and the people.
If you get a chance, join them for the day, a week or the rest of the ride. You won't regret it - I promise.
I'll sign off for now....
