BC Motorcycle Advocate Ian Tootill, lost his fight over a motorcycle noise ticket. He had appealed the original ticket stating he felt the judge had not weighed all of the evidence. He also felt that non risky behaviour should not take points off your license. He is considering another appeal.

In other news, the Great Canadian Bike Rally is getting underway in Merritt, and in Salmon Arm this weekend will be the SPCA Show 'n' Shine - I will be one of the judges.
In Ontario they are getting geared up for Friday the 13th!
In the US, law enforcement has laid charges and arrested 43 members of the Outlaws MC in Indianapolis and Fort Wayne, Ind.
